Andrew Tan

Graduate Student Researcher

Andrew is a third year Ph.D. student in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at UCSD. He received his B.S. in Electical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from UCLA in 2019. His research is in the area of coding theory for DNA-based storage.

Wenyu Peng

Graduate Student Researcher

Wenyu Peng received the BE degree in Software Engineering from Dalian University of Technology in 2019 and the MS in Computer Science from San Diego State University in 2021. He is currently a PhD student in the joint Ph.D. program in Engineering between San Diego State University and University of California, San Diego (UCSD). His research interests include non-volatile memories, storage systems, file systems.

Ziyuan Zhu

Graduate Student Researcher

He received the B.S. degree at Xi'an Jiaotong University in 2021 and the M.S. degree in ECE department at UCSD in 2023. He is currently a PhD student. His research interests include polar codes and machine learning.
